Join Maine Kayak on our full day lighthouse kayak tour in Boothbay Harbor, Maine. The lighthouse tours are offered daily with a minimum of 3 or more people required to start a trip or you can join an existing group. We meet at 9 am and paddle out of the Damariscotta River, past Christmas Cove and the Thread of Life, and around Ocean Point in Boothbay. We stop at Ram Island Lighthouse for a scenic picnic lunch and explore the island lighthouse rich with history and picturesque views of Boothbay Harbor and Linekin Bay. After a leisurely visit, we paddle back into the Damariscotta River and take-out in South Bristol on Rutherford Island at the "Gut", home to one of the only swing bridges in Maine.
